We usually dispatch your order within 2-3 working days after it being placed on our store. We use POSTED COD courier as our primary courier to deliver orders within Pakistan.
Important Note:
All customers are hereby notified that as per the terms and conditions of COD, the courier company will not allow the customer to open the package before payment. You, as a customer, have the right to return the package only after payment and acknowledgment of the delivery to the courier company. If you want to return the package, you will need to notify us after payment to the courier, and then you will need to send us back the package at your own expense for return or exchange. Please do not force the delivery person from the courier company to open the package before you make the payment, as it is against the rules of the COD in Pakistan.

Return & Exchange Procedure
You can apply for an Exchange within 5 days of your purchase:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 5 days of your purchase, and we will gladly process an exchange maximum within 7 days of receiving the returned goods. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with all original tags attached for a return to be acceptable.
NOTE:
Buyer pays the return courier charges, if the suit is not defected.

Exchange Procedure:
To return the item(s) please follow the procedure below: Take a picture of the defective part of the item Pack the item back in the original packing Email us the picture at sales@anadia.pk of the defective part and let us know that you want to return or exchange We will give you the address to return the item. Go to your local courier and send us the package. Once we receive the package, we will process the exchange. Note free of charge Exchange is only possible if there is a visible defect in the item, otherwise courier charges will apply.
Disclaimer:
There can be a slight difference in Shade and color due to photographic lights used and the Display screen. Due to various types of lighting and flash used while photo shoot, or maybe due to the difference in electronic digital device capturing effects and screen resolutions, the design color shade of the product may slightly vary. The brightest shade seen is the closest color of the product., therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason. We will only exchange if the product(s) received has any kind of manufacturing defect.
